At Kholvexxdhodox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help make things right.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Plants must be returned within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Timeframe for Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To start a return, please contact us at info@kholvexxdhodox.world with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.

Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@kholvexxdhodox.world within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address
  6. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping costs (unless the item was damaged or defective). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us, and we will guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Plants that have been planted or repotted
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after the 7-day return period
  • Gift cards and promotional items

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
